At Knobs & More, we handle home design projects of all shapes and sizes, working with you step by step to meet your budget and keep your project on schedule. We also provide subcontracting services—acting as the liaison between our clients and builders for remodeling projects and new home construction. Whether you need a few improvements or a complete interior design plan, we can provide exactly what you need. The following outlines our range of services.

LEVEL 1:
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

For our most extensive services, we will meet with you to outline the scope of your project and develop plans and CAD drawings. We’ll also prepare your budget, coordinate subcontractors, and offer design recommendations for all materials (offering samples, when helpful).

CAD Plan Development & Elevations
Recreate the existing floor plan as well as any new construction needed. Plans will include:

  • a demo plan (if needed)
  • dimensioned floors plan
  • electrical plan
  • interior elevations (as needed)

Project Management & Subcontracting
We’ll develop a timeline for your project and coordinate subcontractors, making design selections on time and according to specifications to keep your project on schedule.

LEVEL 2:
INTERIOR DESIGN

Working with the plan, drawings, and budget you provide, we will make design selections for construction and your interior design needs.

Level 3:
Designer For A Day

Get full access to a designer without a long-term commitment. With this service, we’ll answer your questions at length in a two-hour interior design consultation. By gathering detailed information in advance, we make the most of your session by offering plenty of personalized direction and advice.
